X-Forces have created a bespoke enterprise and self employment programme for women in the Tidworth and Salisbury area. This workshop delivered by our X-Forces team will allow you to take the first steps, learning about the pros and cons of self-employment, alongside other likeminded and enthusiastic women. Further support will be available for those that wish to continue building their business plan, looking in detail at the structure and next steps for their business!

Looking at the essentials of becoming self-employed and starting a business, this workshop allows you to see enterprise as a real option for those with partners in the Services. Learn how self-employment can provide a means to use your skills and get back into work whilst managing your other commitments. Take advantage of peer to peer support and the opportunity to discuss ideas with women that have set up businesses across the UK.
