Location: Richard Peck House
Hours: 28 hours per week
The Royal Air Forces Association is a member-led charity that supports the RAF family. From an injured airman fighting to get back on his feet, to a child missing their parent working away from home, to a WWII veteran in need of companionship, the Association is there.
Reporting to the Head Chef, our chefs at Richard Peck House, prepare, cook and present meals and refreshments that provide a balanced and wholesome diet to meet the varying nutritional requirements and preferences of those who may visit our Hotel for a break.
Do you have an appropriate food safety qualification at level 2 and a minimum of one years’ experience in the preparation, cooking and presentation of high quality meals in a setting catering for larger numbers of people e.g. restaurant, care home, school etc? Have you knowledge of menu planning and nutritional requirements for older people and a good understanding of Health and Safety at Work requirements in a kitchen?
