This Employers Knowledge Swap will provide a forum for organisations to gain an understanding of current initiatives to translate military skills into a civilian context. It will also explore some of the different methodologies used as well as identifying some of the opportunities, barriers and benefits. As usual the focus will be very much on sharing experiences knowledge and practical tips through peer to peer learning.
