£8,883 – £9,615 (pro rata of £21,911 – £23,716) pa

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time post working with offenders who were Armed Forces personnel who have issues with alcohol and drug misuse. You will work with individuals, undertaking referrals and assessments, managing a caseload, completing recovery care plans, and providing information and advice to substance users.
A key responsibility of the role will be to collect data, statistics and client case stories to support the future funding of the service, therefore you must be highly organised, with good administrative and report writing skills.
The office base for this post is the Veteran’s Hub adjacent to Norwich Prison but will involve travel to other prisons in Norfolk, therefore the ability to drive and access to a car is essential.
This post is restricted to veterans of the Armed Forces and is funded by Ministry of Defence. This is a 12 month contract but with the possibility of extension.
