Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team.  The Overseas Support Team Leader will champion the Legion’s overseas work, whilst ensuring our beneficiaries and members are at the heart of our delivery.  This rewarding and challenging role involves managing a small, geographically dispersed team, responsible for providing support and guidance to the Legion overseas branches and coordinating our welfare support.

An ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter; able to demonstrate effective communication skills, experience of supervising a geographically dispersed team in a welfare or advice setting, working with volunteers, ability to remain calm under pressure and able to work to a degree of autonomy within a multifaceted team.

Experience of quality assurance or compliance checking would also be an advantage.

While the role is based in London, we will consider alternative base locations, provided the candidate is able to attend the London office on a weekly basis.
