18.75 hours per week
£17,935 per annum pro rata (£8,967.49)
Fixed Term until 31st December 2018
Change Step is a peer mentoring service delivered by veterans for veterans. These vacancies are a new initiative and a joint venture between CAIS Change Step and VNHSW, funded by Help for Heroes with the opportunity to progress and develop within the role.
In this role you will deliver peer mentoring support and interventions to veterans assessed by and/or in therapy with VNHSW, managing a caseload of mentees as identified by the Project Manager. You will have a military background with a good understanding of the issues faced by veterans.
You must have a full driving licence and have full access to a vehicle. The ability to communicate in Welsh would be advantageous.
