The Role
We are recruiting a Safeguarding Coordinator to support the Head of Safeguarding to develop and deliver the processes, procedures and systems designed to comply with regulatory requirements across the UK and TRBL internal demands. Inputting data and providing data analysis, the post holder will provide reports and returns to support Head of Safeguarding to conduct trends analysis and upward reporting, ensuring that TRBL Safeguarding Forum and other governance structures are aware of incident volume and type.
In addition, the Safeguarding Coordinator provides administrative support to the Safeguarding Forum and Safeguarding working group including minute taking, production of action logs and coordination of agreed plans. Routine administration to support the Head of Safeguarding and associated external consultants will include co-ordinating meetings, room bookings, diary management and travel arrangements.
Candidates will have previous experience secretarial/administration support, safeguarding, DBS checks together with proven experience of using databases and excellent organisational skills. You will be a team player, with the ability to work independently, possessing excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload and develop excellent working relationships.
