AFF is pleased to announce it has appointed Collette Musgrave as its new Chief Executive.
Collette joined AFF in 2017, after a career in the public sector, where she developed a background in strategic planning, policy development and management. She worked as a civil servant in the Ministry of Defence, and in postings to the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury, as well as serving as a Royal Air Force officer for five years. She has most recently been AFF’s Operations Director.

She brings the skill and experience to build on the excellent work of her predecessor, and to ensure that AFF continues to go from strength to strength as the independent voice of Army families.”

Everyone at AFF is committed to improving the quality of life for Army families, through providing advice and guidance, and pressing for policy change – I am proud to be working with a dedicated and experienced team. We will continue to work hard on behalf of all Army families to ensure their voice is heard.”
