A MESSAGE FROM HAYS, OUR HEADLINE SPONSOR
“Hays is proud to be sponsoring this event to support professionals who have served in the military. We’re extremely passionate about placing former armed forces personnel into the world of work and offer plenty of resources to help them secure a new role upon leaving the military.
“We believe veterans possess valuable transferable skills and are often highly qualified, making them excellent candidates for exciting career opportunities across a range of industries. Leadership and communications skills alone, can make ex-forces personnel highly desirable to employers.
“It’s important that former military personnel are recognised for their range of skills, especially soft and core skills, which can be translated well into a number of job categories and the potential they have to transition into new industries with additional training and support.’’
