The ASDIC future

This week we spoke to our Chief Executive, Tracy Bryant about our upcoming conference and ASDIC’s future.

Tracy Bryant said:

“We are hugely excited about this Conference, which will give us the opportunity to showcase the unique support our Drop-In members offer to so many veterans, young and old. There is a large and often unknown cadre of ex-Service personnel with little experience of the civilian life that the rest of the country takes for granted. For them, our network offers ongoing comradeship, care and compassion to see them through hard times and set them on the road to a confident and fulfilling future.

“From small beginnings, ASDIC has evolved rapidly to support, mentor and represent this Drop-In community. In the months ahead we plan to strengthen our regional structure across the UK, offering training and greater integration with major providers such as the NHS and local authorities, to ensure that members and their beneficiaries are able access the services that they deserve quickly and easily.

”The generosity of local businesses and organisations during the pandemic has been inspiring; they clearly join us in believing that this wide and diverse community has much to offer and should be more fully recognised across the nation.”
