The successful candidate will have current knowledge and experience of the modern Royal Navy and Royal Marines lifestyle, understanding the demands of being part of this community. As our Families Engagement Officer, you will have the ability to develop effective relationships to gain trust and build rapport with serving family members.

Location: Hybrid – Home and RM Condor
Contract: Fixed Term – 3 year contract
Part -Time: 12 hours per week – worked flexibly between our core hours – 0900 – 1700 Monday – Thursday 0900 – 1300 – Friday.
Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave pro rata and an additional 3 days for Christmas closure.
Reports to: Director of Operations
Salary and additional benefits: £21,165 pro rata (£7,055 pa) includes pension contribution of 5% after 3-months employment
This role is subject to a successful DBS check and UK Security Vetting Clearance
