RNA supports urgent appeal for Ship’s Badges

The Royal Naval Association is supporting Lt Colonel Carl Meyer RAMC, in his appeal for Ship’s Badges before the Royal Opening of the ‘Headley Court Veterans Orthopaedic Centre’ by the Duchess of Edinburgh on 4 April.

Colonel Meyer is the Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon leading the Orthopedic Service for Veterans at the ‘Headley Court Veterans Orthopaedic Centre’. The Centre is located at the Robert Jones & Agnus Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, Gobowen near Oswestry and was opened to patients in November 2022.

The Official opening by the Duchess of Edinburgh will take place on Wednesday 5 April. They urgently need Ship’s Crests to represent the Royal Navy in the Veterans Centre. If you have a spare Crest you would like to donate, please send it to the address below ASAP to arrive by Friday 31 March.
