We are a small Military Charity with a big impact, looking after people currently serving, those who have served and their families. We provide support when it is needed and where it is needed, ensuring our members benefit from a lifetime of care.
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising and Communications to join our dynamic team and work closely with the Chief Executive to develop and deliver a funding strategy that will underpin our ambitions for growth.
Using your experience, you will have the chance to formulate fundraising approaches, engage supporters, deliver significant results, and define our future fundraising efforts as we grow. The output of this role will be the creation, management, and delivery of a sustainable funding stream for the Charity and improved engagement with our members and donors. If you are self-motivated, enjoy a challenge and would like to work in one of the most unique environments the charity world has to offer, this is the ideal role for you.
With support from the Chief Executive and the Fundraising Team, you will be expected to deliver income into the charity and perform against the targets in our Annual Budget and 5 Year Forecast.

Terms and conditions:
LOCATION: Poole, with regular travel to London
SALARY: £45,000 – £55,000
HOURS OF WORK: 37 hrs per week
ANNUAL LEAVE: 25 days
PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 3 months
PENSION: Available after probationary period
PRIVATE HEALTH CARE: Available after probationary period
