Through our sector leading services, we offer friendship to the isolated and lonely, sheltered housing for those who want to remain proudly independent and childcare to serving personnel on RAF stations.

About the team

The IT project management office is a small team of passionate, solution focused individuals. Reporting to the Head of CRM, the team are involved in the full lifecycle of projects from building business cases to support the justification of IT transformation and projects to support the Associations objectives and goals. The team provide a valuable support to our key stakeholders and directorates, ensuring the roadmap of new activity is effectively developed, implemented and the return on investment demonstrated. This role will have a significant impact with responsibilities for design recommendations, configuration development and testing solutions that support the delivery and development of the Association’s activity around welfare reach and fundraising. You will be part of a fantastic, committed team and achieve the real satisfaction of being a significant part of taking new services from concept to life and seeing the difference these programmes make to the RAF community we support.

About you

The role requires you to have a specialist technical Salesforce related accreditation (ADM201 preferred) along with a   a strong background in Salesforce development having been responsible for configuration, development and system testing of Salesforce.com related projects. You will be highly skilled in designing appropriate solutions for new projects with robust experience in Salesforce programmatic changes e.g., apex classes, triggers, visual force, dataloader and other CRM data tools. Our ideal colleague will have proven exposure to supporting and facilitating delivery of a Salesforce technology roadmap within an organisation along with the ability to contribute to technical business planning and solutions.
