The FiMT Research Centre released the first in its series of thematic research and policy summaries this week. This first set of summaries are focused on evidence and policy regarding ex-Service personnel and the Justice System. A breakfast roundtable to launch the summaries was held on 28 November, attended by 20 stakeholders from key government, third sector and research organisations, discussing and providing feedback on both summaries.
These summaries aim to provide an accessible and robust synthesis of up-to-date research evidence, policy, and practice. It is intended that they are used to inform policy and practice, as well as future research, in line with the FiMT Research Centre’s vision of putting evidence at the heart of decision-making for the benefit of ex-Service personnel and their families.
