We are delighted to award a £145K grant to the Naval Families Federation (NFF) to support the appointment of a dedicated Head of Stakeholder Engagement post. The grant will be spread over three years and marks a significant milestone in the efforts of the NFF to better serve Naval families.
With the grant award, the NFF has restructured two existing roles within the charity and introduced a newly developed Head of Stakeholder Engagement position. The investment in the post enables NFF to remain adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of families, and adept at addressing the unique challenges of naval life through their enhanced expertise in Engagement, Policy, Evidence, and Research.
With this new appointment in April 2024, they remain poised to make an even more significant impact, providing vital support and amplifying the voices of those they serve.
Sarah Clewes, CEO of the NFF, commented:
“We thank Greenwich Hospital for its support and invite all stakeholders to join us in our mission to champion Naval families and ensure they receive the care and recognition they deserve.”
As an independent charity, the NFF team spans Portsmouth, the West Country, Norfolk, and Scotland. They are committed to actively listening to and advocating for Naval families.
