Location: Remote (home working) with some travel to other WWTW sites as necessary (local hub to you location ie NW/ NE/East of England)
Salary: £23,400 – £27,000
Hours: 37.5 (e.g. 9-5, half hour unpaid break) Compressed hours considered i.e 4 day week

Walking With The Wounded ‘WWTW’ deliver employment, mental health and care coordination programmes in collaboration with the NHS to get those who served, and their families, whether mentally, socially or physically wounded, back on their feet and making a positive contribution once more. About the role:
We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our small but dedicated Head Start team. The Head Start team deliver WWTW Mental Health Treatment programmes for ex-service personnel managing mental health issues. The Head Start Programme provides private therapy sessions without the wait.
People are what makes WWTW special. Whether that be people working directly with clients, those who help generate funding, or those in our central services teams – we all play a part in making a difference to the lives of those who have served.
We are looking for someone who has experience in an administrative role. Experience with health administration would be beneficial, but not essential.
About you:
You should be naturally calm under pressure, flexible and agile in terms of your own diary management and comfortable with dealing with confidential information.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential along with the ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
You should be organised, professional and able to establish a good working relationship with internal and external staff and Therapists. A high degree of numeracy is also required as the role requires you to deal with weekly and monthly invoices on an ongoing basis. Methodical in your approach, adaptable you will be comfortable working under your own initiative as well as part of the team. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required and we will facilitate an induction based around our internal systems (MS Teams, 3CX, Salesforce amongst others).

We are open to this role being either remote or hybrid working. In either case, there will be an expectation to travel to one of WWTW sites from time to time in line with the needs of the role. Our office locations are in Norfolk, Manchester or North Shields.
