Join our Solihull Home as our Care Coordinator and help to ensure a seamless administrative service within the Home.

£26,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

About the role

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic and driven to succeed to join us as our new Care Coordinator. This role will provide essential administrative support to the nursing and dementia care teams, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and maintaining excellent service for current residents.

The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless administrative service while upholding a compassionate, respectful, and dignified environment for all residents and visitors. You’ll be responsible for providing a professional, welcoming, customer focused service to all residents, visitors and staff, following the relevant policies and procedures to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
