About the team
The Branch, Member and Wellbeing Officer (BMWO) is central to achieving the Association’s purpose, ensuring we reach and support those in need, through close links with our membership and branch network. You’ll be working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders in addition to forging strong links with members, branches, volunteers and third-party organisations. Experienced in embracing and driving change in pursuit of excellence, you will be providing guidance and oversight to ensure effective and consistent working practices to enable the provision of high-quality wellbeing services.
