Haig Housing is a charitable housing association with some 1,500 properties in small estates throughout the UK which it lets to ex-Service people and their families.
We are looking for a capable and experienced Project Manager for our Housing Operations Team, to procure, manage and deliver the Trust’s major works, cyclical maintenance, planned and improvement programmes.
The successful applicant will own their own vehicle and work from home. This job involves extensive travel throughout the UK. A formal qualification (minimum HNC) in a building related discipline is essential. You will be customer focused; a good communicator with excellent problem solving skills and strong experience in contract management and administration. You will have proven knowledge and experience in building safety and all aspects of H&S.
