On 23 November The Veterans Charity returned to RNAS Culdrose for the third Big Breakfast event (our second at HMS Seahawk / Culdrose).
Dozens of veterans, service personnel and their families attended the Senior Rates and Warrant Officers Mess for the chance to gather together once again, including for some it was the first time to return behind the wire.
The event was supported by a number of other charities and organisations to assist the attendees with advice and support if required. We were pleased to welcome the DWP, Op Courage, PTSD Resolution, FarmAble, Active Plus, the Black Dog Walking Club and the SW VAPC team braved Storm Bert for a brew and buttie or two!
Organisations and individuals travelled from across the South West to join us and we are already working on dates for 2025. Our thanks to Captain Irwin and Base Warrant Officer Swift for their fantastic support once again.
