Be part of the milestone of 15 years of Soldiering On Awards

Nominations are now open for the 15th Soldiering On Awards! We are delighted to mark this significant milestone and honour the remarkable achievements of our Armed Forces community.

Over the past 15 years, the Soldiering On Awards have evolved into a year-long celebration, weaving together stories of strength, resilience, and unity.

More than just a ceremony, it is a journey of storytelling and community building. Each story we highlight connects military leaders, government, businesses, charities, and the wider public in a shared admiration for the contributions of our Armed Forces. This connection is vital in ensuring that these achievements are recognised and celebrated across our society.

As we reflect on the journey that has brought us here, we remember the world of 2011, amidst the conflict at the time, and the weighty stories told. Today, while the landscape has shifted, our purpose remains unwavering. We continue to recognise the extraordinary – from veterans making great strides in business to unsung heroes driving change in their local communities, and the military spouses, children, and supporters whose contributions often go unnoticed.

Brigadier Karl Harris CBE, Independent Judge, said:

“I’m delighted to see the 2025 Soldiering On Awards are underway with the launch of the Nominations Campaign. Each year, these Awards inspire with humbling stories reminding us why we stand together, and they act as a powerful testament to the strength of our community. I’m looking forward to hearing more stories of the courageous and determined nominees we’ll learn about during the coming months.”

As we step into this 15th year, our aim is simple: to make the awards bigger and bolder than ever before. We want more stories – your stories. This is your moment to tell us about the people making a difference, those who inspire you, and the achievements that deserve to be celebrated.

We encourage you to Nominate, Partner, or Attend, and please repost and join in. Head to the website now at soldieringon.org
