Soldiering On Awards is delighted to announce BAE Systems as partner for the brand-new Community Impact Award.
2025 sees the 15th edition of the UK’s annual overarching awards for the Armed Forces community, a fitting time to welcome BAE Systems – a major force within UK and international defence – for the prestigious Community Impact Award.
This award has been specifically redefined to honour an organisation – whether that be a Charity, Social Enterprise, or other Third Sector – that has made a significant positive impact on the lives of specific beneficiary cohorts within the Armed Forces community. This Impact should be evidenced within the last three years, since 01 January 2022.

On 6th February 2025, in the magnificent setting of The Guards Museum at the iconic Wellington Barracks in London, Soldiering On Awards will officially launch the 15th annual nominations campaign, which will feature 12 awards categories ranging from Community Impact to Education, and from Inspiration to Healthcare.
