Find your tribe with the RAF Association’s Women’s Wellbeing Network

Women across the RAF will be offered a safe space to feel seen and heard through the launch of the RAF Association’s Women’s Wellbeing Network.

The Network aims to strengthen the resilience and wellbeing of Service women and alleviate many of the stressors they may experience.

Participants will be offered a programme of interactive webinars delivered by expert guest speakers, covering a range of topics, including mental health, work-life balance, menopause, financial literacy and confidence building.

Carola Becker, Head of Wellbeing at the RAF Association, said:

“Our research shows women in the RAF face specific challenges in a male-dominated environment. We wanted to create a valuable space for women to come together, find their tribe through regular peer support and make lasting connections.

“Our Network will bring together expert insights on what matters most to women: building confidence, finding work-life-balance, embracing authenticity.”

The Network is based on research carried out by the RAF Association and is supported with funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.
