A message from Sarah Berzon, Interim Chief Executive of Stoll
Stoll continues to provide housing and support services to Veterans across all our sites during these challenging times.
In line with Government guidance around social distancing we have suspended all Health and Wellbeing activities until we receive further information. During this period, we are making sure that Veterans have access to Stress Management Mental Health support through a helpline and also through individual sessions with key workers and a counsellor. We are encouraging our communities to look out for each other safely.
With a majority of our Veterans at Stoll sites over 70 years of age or with high risk health conditions, we are providing added support with food parcels and regular safe contact within the guidance laid down by the Government. We are also providing domiciliary support to those individuals that require further help during this time.
Key housing and health and safety management continues at all our sites, with particular support for tenants who are suffering financially at this time.
Stoll staff are working remotely at home, where possible and an essential staff team are available onsite to ensure our residents stay safe and well.
