ABF The Soldiers’ Charity are currently recruiting an Individual Giving & Supporter Care Assistant, ideal applicants for this role will possess a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn all elements of the Individual Giving. The main elements of the role are to process supporter donations, answer supporter queries on email, in writing and over the phone, process invoices and maintain filing systems for supporter correspondence and assist the Individual Giving Executive and the Legacy Marketing Manager with their work.
