Abstract Submissions for the FiMT Research Centre Conference 2025 are now open for submissions. Don’t miss your chance to present your research!
The 2025 FiMT Research Centre conference will be held on Tuesday, 20th May 2025, in Bush House, London. The conference provides a platform for individuals across service provision, government, and research to present topical evidence involving the Armed Forces Community and offers ample opportunities to network and connect with an international Armed Forces delegation.
The theme for 2025 is ‘Understanding and Supporting the Armed Forces Community in an Evolving World,’ and we are now seeking abstracts relevant to this theme for podium and poster presentations. Those selected for podium presentations will receive one complimentary ticket to the conference.

Those submitting must create an Oxford Abstracts account before accessing the form. Only submissions received via the online form will be considered for presentations. Detailed submission criteria are available via the portal or directly here.
Submissions will close on 13th January 2025.
Please note that his year, we share an abstract submission portal with the KCMHR Veterans Mental Health Conference, which will be held on 19 May 2025. Please be sure to select the correct conference when applying.
