As Forces News Administrator you’ll be at the heart of our busy, friendly newsroom ensuring everyone has the administrative support to provide editorially independent news to the UK’s Armed Forces and our UK and international audiences.
Your responsibilities will include checking expenses and invoices, helping with travel arrangements, rotas and record-keeping. You’ll also oversee onboarding of future colleagues to the news team, assist with travel arrangements for overseas postings, and help with visits to BFBS by external guests.
This is a wide-ranging hybrid post, allowing days working from home as well as time at our main offices based at Chalfont St Peter.
This is a permanent position and a busy role, but with flexibility on hours. We offer training as necessary.
