As the Head of Cyber Security, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our corporate and broadcast cyber security resilience. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring that our security measures are not only effective but also aligned with the scale and complexity of our infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will be diverse, covering everything from Security Operations Management to Incident Management, and from Security Architecture to Risk Management. You will lead the Security Operations Centre (SOC), drive incident response, and ensure the continuous improvement of our security processes. Your role will also involve strategic planning, ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO:27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus, and staying ahead of the latest cyber threats.

Who We’re Looking For:
- A strategic thinker with a strong background in cyber security
- Experience in managing SOC teams and leading incident management processes.
- Knowledgeable in industry standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Critical Security Controls and NIST CSF.
- A natural leader who can communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
