We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Commercial, Strategy and Development team (CSD) at BFBS. Reporting to the Head of Implementation and Support and working closely with colleagues within CSD and across the organisation, you will provide support for our media communication system.
In this role you will play a crucial role in improving and maintaining the level of service we provide to our core and commercial customers. You will work across the company and will be interfacing between the BFBS organisation and our customers, both internally and externally. You will excel in customer focused service support, with outstanding communication skills both written and verbally.
Your role will vary from day to day and tasks may include on-site surveys, dealing with an enquiry from a new client, a remote system diagnosis or installing a system onboard a ship!
You must be highly organised team player and be able to deal with multiple demands. You will strive to ensure that our systems are built, tested and delivered to BFBS’s high standards with a willingness to travel to achieve this.
You will have previous experience as a broadcast engineer or broadcast technician with knowledge of RF principles. You will also demonstrate a sound understanding of networking and IP principles and be an experienced user of iOS and Android devices.
Your work will be hybrid and will be between our office in Chalfont St Peter, Aylesbury, home and on location with our customers in the UK and overseas.
