Blesma Member Susi Rogers-Hartley has won the Assisted Wheelchair Category at the 2025 London Landmarks Half Marathon with a time of 2:19:18.
Following a spinal cord injury sustained during her service in the Royal Navy, Susi faced significant physical and emotional challenges.
“I went from being a very outgoing person to being incredibly introverted. I didn’t think I was going to live. I was housebound, immobile, living in pain and with my internal organs not working properly,” she shared.
Now pushing her limits, Susi is already preparing to take on the London Marathon later this month.
