BuildForce military women on HS2 virtual career chat

On 28 February – 1200 to 1330 – BuildForce will be joined by a panel of leading ladies to discuss life on the world’s largest infrastructure project, HS2. We will be covering a breadth of skill sets, with our following speakers:

Rebecca Crook: RS Veteran who has transitioned recently to PM for HS2 Euston – always interested in the construction sector so made it her goal and with the support of BuildForce her dream came true and she landed her first role at Mace.

Erika Johnson: Consents Business Manager and Data Controller for joint venture BBV. RAF veteran and military spouse who landed in construction quite by chance, where she processes all the Environmental and Planning Consents.

Jemma Barton: Former RS LCpl turned Operational Support Room Operator for JV EKFB, monitoring and administering the delivery of plant and materials to site, ensuring the supply chain complies with the HS2 Act.

Jackie Duncan: RAF Veteran, BuildForce Mentor and Operations Director for Mace. An integral part of the leadership team delivering the multi billion pound HS2 London terminus station at Euston for Mace.

Joined also by the resourcing leads for BBV, Holly O’Neill who has been instrumental to our success within BBV and military spouse Amy Flynn and key contact for EKFB. And our skills manager, Jhen-Nel Swanston and team will provide the ‘why’ diversity is key to delivering HS2.
