22.5 hours per week 08:00-16:00 to include Saturdays.
£ 14,523 (24,205.24 fte) + 15% enhancement for Saturday working
Care for Veterans are looking for a committed adaptable individual with a keen eye for detail for this exciting new role.
Key duties will include;
Providing a generic facilities support function across the organisation including, but not limited to:
- General repairs (including some clinical equipment) and decorating
- Liaising with and supervising contractors
- Driving
- Managing goods inward
- Grounds and buildings maintenance
- Assisting with setting out and putting away of furniture and equipment
. Procurement of consumables and materials
- Small fleet admin (MOT’s, Tax, Servicing etc)
Experience in basic buildings maintenance or a trade would be desirable.
