Careers and Jobs Fair for the Armed Forces Community
Heartlands in Redruth, Cornwall
Wednesday 27 September 2023 from 1000 – 1600
The Fair is being planned and co-ordinated by Cornwall Council, Reed in Partnership, Active Plus, Armed Forces Covenant, Wessex Reserve Forces’ & Cadets’ Association and Jobcentre Plus. The Fair is open to all members of the Armed Forces Community, including service leavers, veterans, reservists and service spouses/family looking for employment or planning their career.
In addition to employers, they would welcome the involvement of support organisations and training providers, as the Fair will provide a fantastic forum in which you can meet individuals who will be requiring advice, guidance and support to help them find a job. Find the right training, explore possible careers and find out about the full range of transitional support available to them now and in the future.
