We are now accepting applications for the highly subsidised Cobseo Emerging Leader Programme, in partnership with Clore Social Leadership.
The programme is exclusively for emerging leaders in the armed forces and service charities sector. Taking place online between June – December 2021, the programme offers access to a wealth of leadership development content, tools and exercises, professional coaching, peer learning, and much more.
Participants will gain the social leadership capabilities needed to tackle 21st Century challenges, build the confidence to lead with impact and learn how to navigate complexity, uncertainty and change. They will learn to become more effective in their leadership role, enabling high performance across teams and organisations.
Thanks to generous support from Forces In Mind Trust, the cost of programme is at an unbelievable £150 (the true cost being £2,400 per participant!). A greater positive impact on an organisation has been noted when more than one individual from an organisation has embarked on the programme. We therefore welcome up to four applications from the same organisation and our panel will ensure a fair and balanced moderation process.
