Status: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

Salary: Band 4 (£26,160 – £28,708 per annum)

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:30.  Hybrid    working – 3 days in office, 2 days at home.

Based in our Northern Ireland Hub (Belfast).

About us:

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading mental health charity for veterans.  For over a century we’ve been helping former service personnel deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression.

Today we provide specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and every conflict, focusing on those with complex mental health issues related to their military service. We provide a range of community, outpatient and residential mental health services to veterans with complex mental health problems.  We provide services in-person, and via phone and online.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Northern Ireland, who are a small team of interdisciplinary professionals. The successful applicant will work as part of the administration team spanning across Northern Ireland and Scotland and will be assisting with all core administrative functions supporting the day to day smooth running of the operations side in the Belfast Hub.

The successful individual will have a good knowledge of IT, possess strong communication and organisation skills, smart appearance, and a professional manner.

The role is subject to an Access NI check.
