This is a multifaceted position, requiring the candidate to collaborate within the Occupational Health Unit (OHU) facility while maintaining their identity as a DMWS Health and Wellbeing Professional. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the mental health/psychological support strategy team, building rapport within the multi-disciplinary team, and establishing a baseline modus operandi for each individual.

Working in close collaboration with various stakeholders, including Occupational Health Services, Counsellors, Human Resources, and the Head of Cultural Change, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the programme. While this is not an exhaustive list, it highlights the collaborative and sensitive nature of the role, emphasising the importance of teamwork and effective communication in achieving our shared goals.
