The RAF Benevolent Fund is conducting a new audience research project to improve how it communicates with the RAF Family. The Fund has launched a survey in partnership with the agency Bunnyfoot to find out more about its supporters, beneficiaries, and those who may be eligible for support from the Fund.
Respondents will answer questions about themselves and their relationship to the RAF Benevolent Fund and all data will be anonymised. The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes and respondents will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of three £20 Amazon vouchers upon completion of the survey.
Please visit bunnyfoot.com/rafbfsurvey to take the survey.
Mike Straney, Director of Fundraising and Communications at the RAF Benevolent Fund, said:
“We are conducting this survey because we are always looking to expand our understanding of the RAF Family – whether that’s serving RAF personnel, their partners and spouses, or the veteran community.
“We are extremely grateful for those who choose to take part and would invite all members of the RAF Family to share their thoughts and insights so that we can continue to offer engaging and relevant communications, both now and in the future.”
The results of this survey will help advise the RAF Benevolent Fund on how it can best communicate and engage with its target audiences in the serving RAF and veteran communities, for example by guiding the way the Fund updates its beneficiaries and supporters about the services it provides and informing future fundraising campaigns.
