We have an incredible opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12 months Fixed-term basis.

About You
Are you a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, is self-motivated and prides themselves on excellent levels of communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to the highest standard?

Are you a creative thinker, who doesn’t see barriers, but opportunities and solutions? Do you have experience and enjoy creating engaging and inspiring digital copy that grabs the online audience’s attention?
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive at Help for Heroes, you will support the Fundraising Marketing Managers on a diverse range of projects and work with all areas of the Charity to actively drive fundraising through multiple channels.
You will work closely with the Fundraising teams to deliver shared objectives and project specific KPIs within their portfolio. Ensuring marketing materials/campaigns are created or updated in a timely manner, as well as providing measurable insight through data analysis and accurate reporting to drive effective campaigns and continuing to improve performance.
This will involve (but is not limited to) supporting the Fundraising Marketing Manager to:
- scope out Marketing requirements
- create and manage timelines and work to often tight deadlines
- brief internal teams or external agencies, and liaise with internal stakeholders
- create content for our owned, earned or borrowed channels including DM, digital, print and email working within our brand guidelines
- work with the internal Digital Marketing and Insights teams on reporting, data analysis and recommendations
- be reactive where necessary to maximise opportunities as they arise
Your role as a Marketing Executive will also offer you the opportunity to liaise directly with our Recovery and Comms teams to identify and share the incredible stories of our wounded veterans and their families, and the part Help for Heroes plays within that, to inform our campaigns and inspire our supporters by demonstrating the ongoing need for their support.
About the Team
Joining the Help for Heroes Marketing team is not like joining a huge corporate team, it is like a small family. We care about each other and are very supportive.
We want to know what you would recommend on Netflix during Lockdown, how is home schooling going, has your boiler been fixed etc etc or if you would rather not say than that is cool too.
As a small team we have to all get on, so being a team player is crucial to our success. There are no ‘ego’s’ in our team, just Marketeers who want to do a great job and make a real difference to our veterans and their families lives.
