Help for Heroes, leading Charity for the Armed Forces Community, is seeking a Recovery Manager to lead its Catterick Recovery Centre in North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to make a real impact.

Our Recovery Centres work with a network of professionals and partners to help serving members of the Armed Forces, but also ex-Servicemen and women and their families. We achieve this through physical and emotional rehabilitation and recovery. We also identify new career opportunities and offer financial and welfare support.
This is permanent role and offers a real opportunity for the right candidate to develop, inspire and lead a team to deliver first class recovery services within a geographical area to include, the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland whilst collaborating widely, inside and outside, of the charity to further the charity’s cause.
We are looking for an experienced manager, capable of leading a team with expertise in welfare, sports, psychological wellbeing and career recovery as well as administrative and facilities team members who ensure the smooth running of the Recovery Centre.
The role reports through to the Operations Director and is responsible for the Implementation of recovery services in line with our policies and procedures, and delivery of an outstanding experience to beneficiaries. The role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the charity to inform and deliver the charity’s strategy within their area.
We would expect the successful individual to demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain appropriate relationships in line with the Charity’s strategic direction.
The Centre has an income and expenditure target and the Recovery Manager will manage this with a focus on efficiency and innovative delivery in the most impactful manner for beneficiaries.
Salary – Circa £50,000 + competitive benefits
