Are you a passionate and results-driven fundraiser looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? HighGround, a dynamic charity supporting the rehabilitation and vocational aspirations of service personnel, veterans, and reservists, is looking for a talented Professional Fundraiser to join our team.
This is your chance to help us secure vital funding to sustain our life-changing programs, including Horticultural Therapy at Stanford Hall and Residential Rural Weeks at leading colleges across the UK.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £35,000-£42,000 depending on experience.
- Flexible remote working arrangement.
- Annual leave package: 25 days plus bank holidays (increasing with service).

Your Role:
As our Fundraising & Partnerships Manager you’ll take the lead in developing and delivering a comprehensive fundraising strategy to:
- Secure funding for HighGround’s key initiatives, including Horticultural Therapy and Residential Rural Weeks.
- Build lasting relationships with key funders and Grant applications.
- Engage corporate sponsors, high-net-worth individuals, and philanthropic organisations.
- Develop impactful campaigns, organise events, and drive donor engagement.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced fundraiser who:
- Has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.
- Excels in building and managing relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Is highly organised and thrives working independently in a remote role.
- Brings creativity and energy to campaigns and events.
- Understands fundraising regulations and best practices.
- Is willing to travel to represent HighGround and connect with supporters.
Knowledge of the land-based sector or military community is a bonus but not essential.
