Being a mum can be challenging, but you are never alone.
The RNRMC has provided funding for a free, online support group, facilitated by Home Start South and West Devon and Home Start Portsmouth, for mums with a child under 5, where at least one parent is serving in the Royal Navy, RFA or Royal Marines.
This is a safe space for sharing experiences, offering guidance and building connections.
The next Mums on Board group starts on Friday 14 June with Zoom sessions running from 1pm-2pm each week for six weeks.
