It’s not often that a small business owner gets to meet the Managing Director of a FTSE250 who could turn out to be a potential client, but this is exactly what happened when Royal Navy Veteran Kevin Bath joined X-Forces Big Business supporting Small Business campaign.

This introduction between a small business and the bigger industry players encapsulates what Big Business supporting Small Business means, and was the driving force behind Lord Young’s, Ren Kapur’s and X-Forces initiative that was launched on the 9th May.

On Thursday 27th April, X-Forces’ Chairman, Martin Wing, was amongst the project leadership team awarded the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) prestigious Project of the Year Award. Martin has been a consultant for over 20 years working for US based Kepner-Tregoe and most recently Brazilian firm, Integration Management Consulting.

On Friday 24th March, X-Forces was delighted to join members of the Armed Forces, past and present, and those that support them across the board at the Soldering On Awards 2017. We are honoured to have won the Business Enterprise category!

X-Forces was shortlisted amongst a group of fantastic finalists including; Ex-Military Careers, Huggable Heroes, Heropreneurs and Unsung Hero (University of Wolverhampton).
