Recruiters from some of the UK’s leading military friendly organisations will answer jobseekers’ questions at the OA’s Employment Symposium, in York on 28th June.

The recruitment panel discussion is your opportunity to ask recruiters how you can secure that second career after leaving the Armed Forces. The employers will share their knowledge and experience, so you understand what they look for in a job candidate.

Why should someone hire YOU? How are you going to stand out against the other candidates on a short-list and show a potential employer that you have the skills they need? And how do you convince someone to hire you if your experience doesn’t exactly match the job description?
