An NHS Porter/Technician from Leeds has completed an extraordinary 1200 mile challenge that saw him walk from Leeds to Land’s End to Carlisle and home again to Leeds between 31 July and 5 September.
As if his challenge wasn’t hard enough, he encountered a knife-wielding mugger, storms, a raging bull and horrendous blisters that required a short trip to hospital!
Despite all this, Phil, who has completed our own challenge event, The Forces March on 5 occasions, was still full of smiles as he finished.
