The OA are to repeat the success of previous employer insight days by bringing together employers looking to translate military skills within the civilian workplace.
Employers Knowledge Swap events set out to explore how a business is able to translate the skills gained in the military when seeking to attract, select and develop talent within their own organisations. The next OA Employers Knowledge Swap event will take place on 24th May, in London.
Recent research, developed by the OA, Deloitte and Forces in Mind Trust: ‘Veterans Work’, has revealed that whilst 71% of organisations have expressed a strong interest in employing veterans, only 39% would ever consider employing someone with no industry experience at all.
