The OA is recruiting for a full time fixed-term Benevolence Secretary to work in the main office in Victoria in Central London. This is a temporary position of up to one year to cover a period of maternity leave. The deadline for applications is 30th June.
The Officers’ Association is a charity dedicated to assisting officers, former officers and their dependants from Her Majesty’s Armed forces. One of the charity’s roles is to provide advice and Benevolence assistance to those in financial distress.
We are seeking a candidate for the role of Benevolence Secretary with effect from the middle of August 2017. This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in grant making and a thorough understanding of statutory and other benefits, housing, care and mobility needs to join a small close-knit and highly professional team and make a real difference to people’s lives.
