The Officers’ Association (OA) is proud to sponsor the Inter-Services Triathlon for a second, consecutive year.
Organised this year by the RAF Triathlon Association, the Army, Navy and RAF will compete at the annual event in the end of July. There are individual and team categories, including Male, Female and Veteran. In addition to the Armed Forces, the Emergency Services and the OA will each enter guest teams to compete.
Competitors will swim through 1.5 km of open water, cycle 41 km of tricky terrain and finish the course with a 10 km run. Last year the RAF dominated the competition, winning the ladies’ and men’s team prizes. Luke Pollard aged 24 and from the RAF, won the male race for the second year in a row, finishing in two hours and two minutes.
