The Beneficiary Support Co-ordinator is accountable to the Chief Executive and will be responsible for the following duties.
Working with Beneficiary Support Co-ordinator 1:
- To identify beneficiaries whose needs are greater than the provision of monies (to relieve the effects of poverty) and compile a holistic beneficiary support package
- Provide support to Grants Administrators when required
- To liaise with other military and non-military charities
- To promote the Values and ethos of RNBT in all activities
Skills Experience and Personal Qualities
The person holding the position of Beneficiary Support Co-ordinator should be able:
- To act as a positive role model to staff
- To develop positive and proactive relationships with colleagues
- To develop positive and proactive relationships with external stakeholders
- To adhere to RNBT’s values at all times
- To undertake training to ensure professional development and awareness of current relevant issues
