Running 100 miles in 36 hours for the NHS and the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity

The Head of Navy Sport, Rowan Taylor, has taken on the challenge of running 100miles in 36 hours in aid of the NHS and the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity.

He set off ‪at 0800 this morning and will be running through the night, hoping to complete the distance in time for the Clap for Carers ‪on Thursday evening.

‪Supporters can donate through the link below or get involved too, by running, walking or cycling and donating a £1 per mile (or as much as they can)!
